Northampton native, Len Haggerty, graduated from Keene State College with a B.S. in Health/Fitness and earned a M.A. in Exercise Physiology and Performance from East Tennessee State University, where he also served as a strength and conditioning coach. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and a Youth Nutrition and Fitness Specialist- L1, with the International Youth Conditioning Association, he has worked with young aspiring athletes to college, Olympic and professional athletes. Len also serves as adjunct faculty and Clinical Educator for Westfield State University’s, Movement Science Department, and is the founder of the Youth Sports & Fitness Zone.
