Swimming is maybe one of the best exercises for improving most of your muscles. There are different swimming styles and every style will benefit almost all the major muscle groups. It is a good sport for building muscle, increasing heart rate or endurance and stimulating the circulation.

Competitive swimming is a high-intensity training and performance sport. It is a sport that comes highly recommended because children learn a skill that can increases their safety around water and an activity they can participate in for most of their lives. Competitive swimming is a contest. The winner is the swimmer or team to cover a set distance in a smaller amount of time than any other swimmers or teams.
